Vancouver is a perfect and a beautiful destination for your next vacation during winters. From the snow covered peaks of the North Shore Mountains to the cool breeze, there are ample of happening things that tempt the tourists during their breaks. The scenic city was showcased to the world when it hosted the 2010 Winter Olympics, in association with nearby Whistler. Vancouver is the perfect destination for all, be it those who like shopping, nightlife and sightseeing or be it those who simply feel like relaxing.

Day 1
Arrival at Vancouver

Upon Arrival at Vancouver International Airport collect your baggage and head towards arrival hall where you will meet representative holding placard of your name. The representative will escort you to the hotel. Check in and relax for some time. During the noon, visit the newest attraction of Canada- FlyOver Canada. It is an amazing virtual flight ride which offers a breathtaking flight across the country. The complete FlyOver Canada experience lasts approximately 25 minutes. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure and spend overnight in the hotel.

Day 2
Discover Vancouver

Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and set out for Vancouver City Tour in which the best sights, eye captivating scenic beauty and sounds will be covered. You will visit Canada Place famous for offering Canadian experiences throughout the year. The next destination Robson Street in Vancouver lights up at holiday time and is the place where the streets are packed with people, no matter what the weather is like. Later visit the Public Library, Sports Venues, Theatres, Chinatown and Gastown. At Stanley Park’s Totem Poles soak in the natural splendor and enjoy sightseeing from Prospect Point. Visit the vibrant Granville Island famous for its public market, unique shops, restaurants and galleries along the water. If you are visiting in the month of December to the end of February do not forget to visit ice skating rink in Robson Square. Try your hand at Skating at the Robson Square Ice Rink which remains free from noon to 9 pm every day. You can purchase the skate on rent.

Day 3
Vancouver – Whistler

Post breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed to travel along the elegant sea to Sky Highway to transfer to Whistler. All the year round, Whistler offers exhilarating outdoor adventures and activities. Whistler Blackcomb attracts skiers and snowboarders from around the world to do dozens of activity and adventure like skiing and snowboarding, from snowshoeing, to snowmobiling to dog-sledding. For those not interested in activities, the village is full of shopping venues, restaurants, cafes and entertainment attractions.

Day 4
Whistler- Vancouver –Japser

Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and proceed for Trapper’s Run Dogsled Tour to get the real Canadian experience. Under the guidance of an expert feel the thrill of driving your own team. All you need to do is harness the curious and powerful dog team as per the commands of the professional and witness the amazing old growth forest of the Callaghan Valley. The unforgettable winter journey will offer you many photo opportunities. Late in the noon, check out of the hotel and travel towards Vancouver’s Pacific Central Station to board VIA Rail’s Canadian to spend overnight in the train while travelling to Jasper

Day 5
Arrival at Jasper

During the early hours of the day onboard, you will open your eyes to trees covered with fresh white snow. When the train will reach near the Canadian Rockies, you will be able to see green branches of the tree just peeking through. Don’t imagine rather enjoy the breathtaking view when the shinning bright light of the sun falls upon the pure white snow. You will arrive after noon in Jasper.

Day 6
Explore Jasper

Once done with the breakfast, you are free to spend morning at your own leisure as the evening unfolds with adventure. During the evening embark on a wildlife tour in Jasper National Park where you will be able to come across all different species of wildlife, from bears, to mountain goats, to moose of Canada Region. The guides will make sure that they take you to best areas of wildlife viewing and will also try to get you close to as many creatures as you can.

Day 7
Jasper Lake Cruise

Post breakfast check out of the hotel and proceed towards South along the Ice-Fields Parkway on one of the most scenic highways in the world. The awe inspiring scenic beauty is just a warm up for the sight that greets you in Lake Louise. During the noon you can either embark on a lakeside sleigh ride or spectacular snowshoe tour along the ‘Great Divide’. Spend the day at leisure and overnight in the hotel.

Day 8
Lake Louise-Banff

Once done with the breakfast, you are free to spend morning at your own leisure. Travellers to Banff National Park quickly find out that the incredible scenery inspires not only amazing sightseeing, but also sight-doing. It is the ultimate destination for winter sports and activities of all kinds, including downhill skiing and snowboarding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, dogsledding, sleigh rides and more

During the noon check out and travel to Banff. Upon arrival check in the hotel and spend overnight

Day 9
Dazzling Banff

Treat your taste buds with delicious breakfast and set out for Wildlife Tour and also to explore the dazzling Banff. During the 3-hour tour you will visit some of the popular landmarks of Banff so as to watch wildlife in their Natural Habitat. During the evening to add a perfect “western touch” to a winter holiday hop on a tranquil sleigh ride around the Canadian Rockies.

Day 10
Banff- Calgary

Treat your taste buds with mouthwatering breakfast and checkout of the hotel to transfer to Calgary. En route, visit Kananaskis for a 12 minute Summit Helicopter Tour to take in the most powerful experience of the Rockies. Later continue your journey to Calgary Airport to board the connecting flight to onward destination.
