China- the world’s most populous country encompasses grassland, desert, mountain ranges, lakes, rivers and 14,500 km of coastline. The domineering Great Wall of China, the charm of the forbidden city and the mystique of the ancient civilization made China flourished alongside the Yellow River. This is China for you- the most visited tourist destination across the world. China, a large tourist country is home to numerous attractions ranging from historical sites, cultural sites to scenic sites.

Day 1
Arrival at Beijing (DINNER)

Arrive at Beijing, where you’ll meet English Speaking Guide who would escort you to the Hotel. Settle down and relax for the day, as the evening unfolds with an adventure. Open up your senses while on a visit to Bird’s Nest also known as Olympic National Stadium. It is considered as the world's largest steel structure and the most complex stadium ever constructed.
While on the tour under the guidance of an expert from outside visit Water Cube- the most exciting sporting venues constructed for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Later in the evening watch the spectacular Golden Mask Dynasty Show that features Chinese dances, acrobatics, dresses and acoustics.

As the day retires get back to hotel.

Day 2
Set out for exploration of Beijing (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Have your breakfast and proceed for exploration of Beijing. Venture through the streets of Beijing to visit the first spot i.e. world famous Tian'anmen Square- the biggest square located in the heart of the city. Then drive towards the Forbidden City which was once the imperial palace of twenty-four emperors during the Ming and Qing dynasties.
In the afternoon pull up your socks and make yourself ready for the Hutong tour to Shichahai area. In the pre arranged tour you will be taken around existent hutongs either on a rickshaw or on foot. The tour will let you learn Beijing folk arts. Here you can also eat home cooked lunch and interact with the local people.
Later, offer prayers at Temple of Heaven and The Hou Hai, a lake in the middle of Beijing. On the banks of the lake is an array of many bars. Dine in at a local Indian restaurant before retiring back to the hotel to spend overnight.

Day 3
Discover Beijing (LUNCH, DINNER)

Have breakfast at the hotel and set out for a full day tour to Beijing. Start the full day tour with Badaling at The Great Wall of China. To have more amazing experience climb up the Wall first and take the cable car down from the Eighth Tower in the north. This will surely offer you magnificent views and you haven't had to dodge too many tourists taking photos. Further make your way to Jade Factory a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is also a massive defensive Structure built to keep off intrusion.

Later visit Summer Palace which is one of the the largest and best preserved of all the imperial palace gardens and exhibits delights such as the “Marble Boat” and the elegantly painted “Long Corridor”.

Day 4
Beijing- Shanghai in High Speed Train (BREAKFAST, DINNER)

Post breakfast transfer to station to board a bullet train to Shanghai. On arrival at Shanghai, the professional guide will escort you to the hotel. Check in the hotel and relax for a while and then assemble at the lobby. The trip to Shanghai remains in-complete if you didn't visited Shanghai World Financial Center. It is the 2nd tallest building in China and 7th tallest building in the world.

Later be part of the extravagant Cultural program. While strolling down the bund hop on the Huangpu River Cruise during the evening. Treat your taste buds with delicious Indian Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 5
Explore Shanghai (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Post breakfast embark on a journey to explore China’s capital.. Shanghai. First visit the Jade Buddha Temple- the famous old Buddhist Temple. It is One of Shànghǎi’s few active Buddhist monasteries. After offering prayers head to explore Shanghai Museum which has a perfect collection of cultural items such as ancient Chinese bronze, ceramics, painting and calligraphy.

Later visit the elegant Yuyuan Garden from outside,. The park is famous for its nine zig zag bridge with golden fish pond, bridges and pavilions. Stroll down the streets of the beautiful Yu Market and buy some souvenirs. You can also visit the People Square and Nanjing Road for shopping.

To experience the night life of Shanghai with bars, galleries, restaurants and coffee shops the best place to visit is Xintiandi, Transfer back to hotel to spend overnight.

Day 6
Shanghai-Qibao Ancient Water Town-Shanghai(BREAKFAST, CHINESE LUNCH AND DINNER)

Post breakfast embark on a journey to explore Qibao Ancient town- the only ancient town which forms the greater of Shanghai. The history of the ancient town spans over one thousand years. Later spend time at lesiure while walking down the streets of the busiest Taobao Market

Later in the Evening visit Tianzifang which offers a feeling of being an artisan. It is very much similar to “Soho” in New York. This is the artists work zone where many Chinese artists used to work or are still working such as Chen Yifei and Er Dongqiang.

Day 7
Bid Adieu to Shanghai (BREAKFAST)

Treat your taste buds with mouth watering Chinese breakfast and pack your bags. Later in the afternoon you will be transferred to airport to board flight to India.
