A beautiful country where unspoiled nature meets cultural heritage to give all its visitor a uniquely true experience. With its countless Buddhist temple Myanmar is one amongst world’s most sought-after travel destinations. For the worshipers, there are many temples to shake a statue of the Buddha while for others there are hidden places that are less well known. Due to numerous stupas, pagoda and statues of Buddha, Myanmar is a relic of the East hardly touched by Western influence. Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival at Yangon

Arrive at Yangon Airport cross through the immigration. Meet professional language guide, who will escort you to your hotel. Rest for a while in your hotel and freshen up for a mesmerizing Sightseeing Tour. The sightseeing tour will begin with a visit to Bogyoke Aung San Market which is situated in the heart of Yangon. The Bogyoke Aung San Market offers antique, Burmese handicraft, foodstuffs, garments, foreign goods and jewelry. The famous market is full of art galleries, clothing stores and many other shops.

Next spot to be explored in Yangon is Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda- famous for its enormous 65 meters long and 16 meters high Buddha image is wearing a golden robe; the right arm of the Buddha is supporting the back of the head.

No visit to Myanmar is complete without a visit to the 2500 years old Shwedagon Pagoda- which is one od the wonders of the religious world. The most spectacular religious monument is covered with hundreds of gold plates and the top of the stupa is engraved with 4531 diamonds. Afterwards head towards Karaweik Palace which is one of Yangon’s many landmarks. From a distance the Karaweik Hall looks like a huge golden barge floating on Kandawgyi Lake under the shinning sun.

Have dinner and head back to the hotel for the Night.

Day 2
Yangon-Bagan

After breakfast get transferred to domestic airport for the flight to Bagan (Nyaung-U) Airport. On arrival travel northeastern part of Bagan to visit Nyaung U Market which is Nyaung U Village’s local market. Here you can find nearly Myanmar all traditional goods. Do not miss a chance to take pictures of fresh veggies, fine rice. Interact with native people to get acquainted with their lifestyle.

Now visit Shwezigone Pagoda where it is believed that bone and tooth of Gautama Buddha are enshrined. Continue your day trip to Gu Byauk Gyi Pagoda which was built in the 13th century and depicts scenes from the Jataka tales.

Next to religious sites, village life is one of the main attractions of Bagan. The most famous being Queen Phwar Saw Village. In the afternoon post lunch visit a local lacquerware workshop, where men and women ply their craft using traditional methods. In the evening visit Pyatthatgyi Temple and Damayangyi temple, Bagan’s largest shrine to enjoy sunset. If the legends are to be believed then in Damayangyi temple has been built with such fine brickwork that even a pin could not pass through between any two brick Afterwards return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3
Fly Mandalay from Bagan

After scrumptious breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to legendary Mandalay- a city of great cultural importance. Begin your exploration by visiting Mahamuni Pagoda. The Mahamuni Pagoda houses the Mahamuni Buddha image, which is said to have exact likeness of the Gautama Buddha. En route visit Stone & Wood Carving Workshop where Buddha images, stone slab for inscriptions and figurines are made from wood and marbles. Next visit Royal Mandalay Palace to explore Mandalay Culture Museum and Nanmyint Watchtower.

Post lunch its time to do some shopping of the famous and signature products of Mandalay like acheik (Mandalay silk longyi), Kadipar (velvet) silpers and hto moat (sticky cake) in the famous Zay Cho Market. Next stop for the day is Hmwe Paya, or the "Snake Pagoda."- famous for the large pythons who live happily coiled around the Buddha statue within. Later visit Shwekyimyint Pagoda- the Pagoda which has never been renovated since it was build and has an impressive collection of Buddha images.

As the evening comes in climb up the Mandalay Hill and to enjoy the magnificent view of sunset prior returning to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4
Fly Mandalay from Bagan

After finishing your breakfast you will head off for a short boat ride to Mingun Pahtodawgyi- famous for its largest ringing bell, The Mingun Bell. It is an unfinished Stupa across the world. Come back to Mandalay for lunch and take some rest. Towards the evening visit Gold Leaf Making Workshops and Tepestry Workshop.

While on way to Inaw visit Tampawadi Village famous for its Bronze Casting Workshop. Later visit Bagaya Kyaung Monastery, noted for its exquisite teak wood construction. Continue to The Maha Aung Myay Bon Zan Monastery which is one of the finest brick building decorated with flora and stucco.

Later, head towards one of Myanmar’s former capitals Amarapura to visit unique U Bein Bridge. It has been built using teak planks and said to be the longest of its type in the world. Walk on the bridge to visit Mahagandayon Monastery, the largest teaching monastery in Myanmar. As the day retires enjoy the panoramic view of sunset before returning to Hotel in Mandalay to lay back in bed.

Day 5
Back to Yangon

After breakfast at the hotel take morning flight to Yangon. Upon arrival check in the hotel. Take some rest and get ready for the exploration of Old Colonial Buildings which once served as important commercial and government institutes. Continue towards Marty’s Mausoleum to pay tribute to Bogyoke Aung San- the founder of Myanmar Independence and six cabinet members.

Later visit LittleIndia &China Town which was once home to the descendants of migrants from China and India during the colonial era. As the sun goes down pray at Botahtaung Pagoda- one of the three major worship sites in Yangon. Thereafter head off to Mandalay jetty to breathe in the fresh air. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 6
Yangon Departure

After breakfast at your hotel check out and drive back to Yangon International Airport to board the flight to get back home.
